Anthony Washington Sr. is an Army and National Guard veteran, coach, and founder who helps student-athletes, first-time supervisors, schools, and organizations build leadership, athletic recruiting, and people-first AI systems that hold up under real conditions. He served in the U.S. Army and the Maryland Army National Guard, spent years with the Maryland Division of Parole and Probation, and has coached and officiated for more than twenty years. He is the founder of After Today, LLC, the father of eight, and is based in Pennsylvania.
